The IBC may be used as a vehicle through which the registration of ships and pleasure crafts under the Antiguan Flag may be accomplished. Once ownership of the vessel is vested in the IBC, the Company may apply to have the vessel registered under the Antiguan Flag.

Corporate and Trust Services (Caribbean) Ltd. will require the following documents for the purpose of making application for registration of ships and trading vessels:

1. A survey certificate
2. A certificate of Seaworthiness
3. Proof of ownership
4. Proof of cancellation of a foreign registry
5. Name to be given to the vessel while under the Flag of Antigua and Barbuda
6. Present name of vessel, if registered
7. Number, year and port of registry, if registered
8. Present call sign, if registered
9. Proposed date of registration under the Flag of Antigua and Barbuda
10. Classification Society
11. Radio Accounting Authority
12. Name, address, telephone and telex numbers of the vessel's owner
13. Photocopy of present certificate of registration, if previously registered
14. Photocopies of vessel's present trading certificates

The Company will require the following documents for the purpose of making application for registration of yachts and pleasure crafts:

1. Written application form signed by the Authorized Person
2. Copy of Bill of sale or Builder's Certificate
3. Copy of current Registration Certificate
4. Evidence of deletion from previous registry
5. Declaration of ownership
6. Copy of latest Survey Report

Corporate and Trust Services (Caribbean) Limited will provide administrative services to shipping companies. Such services to include although not limited to the following:

• Corporate and Secretarial Services
• Provision of Registered Office
• Preparation of Minutes and Company Resolutions
• Preparation and filing of amendments to the Articles and By-laws
• Payment of Annual Re-registration Fees.
